Delete account

1. Open settings: on the web - the sync card, on mobile - the Settings tab.
2. Press Delete account and confirm.
3. You sign out at once, the same email stops working.

1. Write from your account email to support+helloagu@ejjjik.com with subject Delete account.
2. Tell us the account email and whether family data should go too.
3. We reply within 30 days and confirm deletion.

• email, password hash, login sessions;
• your membership in every family;
• family data: child profile, diary, vaccinations, documents, doctor visits, food tracker, invites - if you are the last member;
• if the family has other members, their data stays with them, only your access goes.

• server technical logs - up to 30 days, then auto-removed;
• brute-force protection by IP - only while needed for security;
• data on your device (browser or phone) - until you press Clear data on this device or remove the app.

You can keep the account: download a copy, clear the device, delete family data from the server (owner), or leave someone else family.
